You can improve the quality of health services

The CCM is continuously searching for opportunities to improve the quality of prevention and care services related to HIV, tuberculosis, malaria and COVID-19, e.g. the services that you receive in health facilities as well as those provided in the communities by community health workers, volunteers or NGOs. Thereby, the CCM needs your help. Please inform us about your experiences with these services, especially if the service provider:

  • Did not provide accurate or enough information
  • Did not provide certain medications or other health products (e.g. bed nets)
  • Did not offer services that should be available
  • Did not treat you kindly
  • Violated your or somebody else’s human rights
  • Is possibly engaged in acts of corruption and wrong-doing
  • Did not provide satisfactory services

Also let us know your suggestions if you

  • See any emerging trends or risks that should be taken into consideration in the grant implementation
  • Identify any gaps in the service delivery, e.g. populations or areas left out, human resource gaps
  • Have any other suggestions to improve the HIV, tuberculosis, malaria and COVID-19 service delivery in the health facilities and/or communities
  • Want to share any best practices that should be duplicated elsewhere

You have two ways of making your voice heard:

  1. Contact the CCM member who you feel is most suitable to defend your cause.
  2. Contact the CCM directly to share your experiences or suggestions, especially if you do not want to reveal your identity.

As soon as we receive your information, we will act on it.
